1. Overview of Our Services

Rooferral.com is a roofing referral service that connects homeowners with pre-screened roofing contractors for inspections, repairs, and replacements. We do not perform roofing work ourselves but instead vet and refer service providers based on their qualifications, experience, and insurance coverage at the time of contracting.


While we work hard to connect homeowners with qualified professionals, we do not guarantee or take responsibility for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of the work performed by contractors.


2. Contractor Responsibilities & Insurance

Each roofing contractor in our network is responsible for carrying their own liability insurance and any required state or local licensing.

We require proof of current insurance coverage before entering into a contract with any service provider. However, we are not responsible for any lapse in insurance coverage that may occur at the time of service.

Any claims related to property damage, personal injury, or contract disputes must be handled directly between the homeowner and the service provider. Rooferral.com is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from services performed by independent contractors.


3. Service Timelines & Availability

We strive to match customers with available contractors as quickly as possible. However, due to contractor availability, insurance claim approvals, supply chain delays, or adverse weather conditions, we cannot guarantee how long it will take for services to be completed.


Additionally, our services are not available in all states or areas. Service availability depends on local contractor participation and regional laws.


4. Warranties on Work & Materials

All contracted service providers in our network agree to provide at least a two-year warranty on their labor and workmanship.

Material warranties are not guaranteed by us and depend on the manufacturer’s policies and the specific products used by the contractor. Some contractors may offer extended warranties—please verify warranty details directly with the service provider.


5. Insurance Coverage & Out-of-Pocket Costs

The approval of insurance claims, coverage limits, and out-of-pocket expenses (including deductibles) are solely determined by your insurance provider and the terms of your policy.

American Rooferrals does not determine or influence insurance approvals or payouts. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to communicate with their insurance provider regarding claims and coverage.


6. Customer Satisfaction & Dispute Resolution

We work with both homeowners and contractors to help ensure a positive experience, but we do not guarantee satisfaction with the work performed.


If issues arise, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with communication and resolution between both parties.

However, we do not assume legal or financial responsibility for disputes, delays, or work dissatisfaction. Any contractual or legal disputes must be resolved directly between the homeowner and the service provider.
